LEARN WHAT EXERCISES ARE GOOD FOR YOUR NECK AND BACK
Lakeside Physio’s clinical pilates sessions are run by a specially trained physiotherapist, who provides a personalised exercise program for YOUR spine.
Our spines require different exercises to reduce pain, enhance mobility and improve function.
The program utilises traditional pilates equipment and matwork exercises to achieve this. The program initially has a gentle approach, but progresses quickly as you become more competent.
An initial assessment should be completed with a physiotherapist to ensure we can being on the right exercises and for you to familiarise yourself with the equipment. Following that, your therapist will instruct you on whether more one-on-one sessions or classes are appropriate. Our classes run with the school term and run for 10 weeks.
